One of the most important keys to understanding enzymes is that plant based enzymes are superior to animal based enzymes for a number of reasons as explained by Drs. Loomis and Howell. Much of the references in Cichoke and Lopez, Williams & Miehlke’s books are from German sources, many of them unavailable or not translated. They, however, rely on animal based enzymes, which have a very limited range of activity.
